The Human Cell Lineage Facility is situated on Guangzhou International Bio Island in China. Its primary objective is to analyze the various types and pathways of human cells, create a precise "navigation chart" of the human cell lineage at a single-cell level, and integrate innovative technologies such as spatial-omics, advanced imaging, artificial intelligence, etc. The facility will be developed into an internationally leading comprehensive research center for cell lineages that are highly automated, intelligent, standardized and integrated. This will provide a solid foundation for artificially manipulating cell lineages. Once completed, it will serve as an open and shared research platform that promotes human health through tissue remodeling, organ regeneration and medical applications.
